The Mostra d'Igualada – Children's and Youth Theatre Fair will be held from 7 to 10 April.
The artistic director, Pep Farrés, has given a preview of the programme for the 27th edition of La Mostra and has emphasised that this year it will once again be a meeting point for the best productions in the performing arts sector dedicated to children, with a programme that has been in the works for months and that has been selected from among more than 430 applications from companies interested in participating in the 27th edition. This represents a growth of 34% compared to last year. In the 2015 edition, La Mostra d'Igualada had 64 shows (of which 22 were premieres), 117 performances, 473 programmers and 34,800 spectators.
Regarding the registration of professionals. Companies, entities or institutions related to the contracting, distribution, management, promotion, etc. of the performing arts interested in obtaining accreditation at La Mostra d'Igualada may do so from 17 February to 11 March 2016.
