ASSITEJ Spain is once again announcing the IX Juan Cervera Prize for Research on Performing Arts for Children and Youth. This new edition of the award pursues the objective, once again, to stimulate and promote research work, as well as the generation of knowledge in the field of theatre for children and youth that characterizes it.
Authors of any nationality may participate in this Competition with works that investigate issues related to the performing arts for children or young people and are written in Spanish. The theme will be completely free, but curricular proposals will not be accepted. nor adaptations or recasts. The jury will especially value projects that involve the development of a research paradigm with a clearly differentiated methodological structure in its phases.
The deadline will remain open until November 24. The material will be sent by email to premios@assitej.es.
